1. Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Used or damaged products (not due to our error)
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final-sale items

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at hurstoill370@yahoo.com with the following details:

  • Your name and order number
  • The reason for your return
  • Photos of the item (if applicable)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll provide return instructions, including the correct return address.

Please Note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

3. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
  • Partial refunds may be granted for items not returned in their original condition or with missing parts.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos and order details so we can quickly resolve the issue by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.


5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may already be in processing or shipping stages and cannot be cancelled.


6. Exchanges
